Wire-specific lightweight load cell.
The TSW series from Heine is a load cell specifically designed for tension measurement of wires. The product comes with measuring and guide rollers, is compact and lightweight, and is easy to install on machinery.
Inserted into the measuring section in a bolt type. The measurement load ranges from a minimum of 0.4 kN to a maximum of 250 kN. The diameter of the measuring section axis is 12 to 50 mm.
Since it is a bolt type, it can be easily replaced if existing products are mounted on the fork head. Additionally, the ease of installation allows for cost reduction when upgrading the load cell.
